Transparency Act

The Norwegian Transparency Act entered into force on July 1, 2022. The Act requires larger companies to report on work they conduct to ensure compliance with fundamental human rights and decent working conditions.

Section 6, Right to Information, requires companies to respond to requests from the general public on how they are managing actual or potential human rights impacts across their organization and supply chain. ImmunoPharma has established a process for receiving and managing such requests.
